PRIVATE SECTOR

Today I am going to write about the private sector. Now-a-days every one wants a good job with a handsome salary. Mainly youths are concern with a hi-fi package. So they obtain a professional degree by investing 5-6 lakhs . The amount may be invested by their family or with a bank loan.

But what is the result???? It is a big question. There are lots n lots of small companies who hires bulk of students from the colleges as a trainee by providing negoitable salary to them.These companies trained the students from 9:30 am to 8:00 or 9:00 pm. After one or two months they start giving salary which is 3k or 4k and the the process is going on and on.
If the company is in loss or it does not have any projects , Then it starts removing the employees or they took work with without paying their employees............and a lot which i will discuss later.

An  honor killing  is the  homicide  of a member of a family by other members, due to the perpetrators'  belief that the victim has brought shame or dishonor upon the family, or has violated the principles of a community or a religion, usually for reasons such as refusing to enter an  arranged marriage , being in a relationship that is disapproved by their family, having  sex outside marriage , becoming the victim of  rape , dressing in ways which are deemed inappropriate, or engaging in  homosexual  relations.
